I think as the AI bubble starts to deflate investors may be inclined to turn to cannibus stocks again. They've been beat down since 2018 and good news coming this year FINALLY. The rule change will have huge changes in bottom lines due to taxation changes. Just my thoughts. Who knows!

I want to see Kevin parse THIS theory: The US Big Money establishment - banks, investment funds - Wall Street - is at WAR with Tesla, along with the ICE legacy auto manufacturers, media companies, utilities... Tesla is disrupting a lot of industries at once. Being disrupted is NOT fun. Ask a buggy manufacturer (if you can find any), or manufacturers of typewriters, cameras, pagers & cell phones, TVs: they're all gone. So you can't fault disrupted companies & their investors for fighting back. And in any poorly-regulated political economy (the US DEFINITELY qualifies) they'll fight dirty. Use political influence, the courts, regulatory authorities... anything they can buy. America is the country that proudly proclaims it has the best government money can buy. And it does. So Delaware's judge goes nuts, hammers Elon personally, nixes his compensation agreement. NHTSA goes after Tesla repeatedly. Biden (driven by union supporters) is shockingly blatant in ignoring Tesla, slagging Tesla, outright attacking Tesla. If he could exclude Tesla specifically from receiving IRA support - despite the fact it's the ONLY US auto mfr not gaming that program while outsourcing to China - he would. The auto press slags Tesla constantly. The business press, auto press even the major news media: they ALL constantly attack tesla, and Musk, on any occasion they can. Elon Musk is his own worst enemy Making it worse is Elon's apparent inability to control his thumbs, to avoid making it EASY for them to attack him. I get it - he has Asperger's, has laudable but totally un-nuanced commitment to ethical extremes, and he's been sucked into the social media maelstrom & now owns X (he's addicted). He's made himself a constant target for people desperate to shoot him. I don't wish anyone harm - especially Elon - but he'd benefit if he acquired massive carpal tunnel problems with his thumbs. He needs an Exec. Assist. who will take away his smartphone! What they want Wall Street is trying to remove Musk from the Board of Tesla. Why? Elon's Master Plan (see Tesla's blog - August 2, 2006): Tesla exists to reduce Fossil Fuel use planet-wide by 2/3. Transportation uses 1/3 of fossil fuels: hence EVs, EV trucks. Someone else will electrify shipping & flight - & they will - but the majority of this use of petrochemicals feeds personal & company transportation. Tesla is disrupting transportation massively: ALL the legacy auto companies will consolidate or go broke, or both. The market will grow - lots of humans still don't have access to transportation - but the existing players are mostly toast. They're buggy manufacturers in 1890 screaming the world will continue to work as it conveniently has. It won't: they're dead, just don't know it yet. Utilities use 1/3 of fossil fuels to generate electricity. That's all going to be replaced by wind & solar, but that needs to be battery-backed to be base load. Hence Tesla's grid-scale battery products, utility grid management software. Industry uses 1/3 of fossil fuels as feed stock for everything from chemicals, pharma, textiles, cosmetics, building materials... That WILL continue, though it'll constantly shrink a bit as the price of oil finally rises again (& it will) or governments finally get tough & demand replacement with agriculturally-sourced methane. No dividends, no buy-backs THIS is the other reason Wall Street is pissed with Elon. Tesla has better things to do with its money than shell it out, return it to shareholders. It needs to relentlessly scale to constantly reduce production costs (per Wright's Law) & relentlessly drive down the cost of transportation, disrupting the industry. Wall Street WANTS TESLA'S CASH! The problem is Musk, and his absolute commitment to Tesla's Master Plan. Remove Musk, the Board will axe the Plan in a heartbeat, commit Tesla to borrowing from (Wall Street's) banks to build CAPEX, and raffle off Tesla's cash to THEM. And then Tesla will cease its practice of relentlessly reducing auto price, will become Just Another Auto Co. Tesla will become Apple: it'll quit "changing the world a little bit." It'll just be a very profitable auto company. Tim Cook would be proud of it: they'll find his clone, an MBA finance guy who'll just maximize profits, eschew ANY disruptive product development. And mankind will spiral down the tubes, ignoring Climate Change until IT disrupts our economies & societies. Sure, civilization could die, the human race could ultimately be doomed, but short-term, Wall Street will MAKE BANK. NHTSA or SEC eventually attacking Musk, threatening prison time or at least removal from Tesla's Board as punishment for fraud, was entirely predictable. Not that he's committed fraud, but he's certainly courted criticism for constantly - relentlessly - over-hyping FSD & too-optimistically asserting it'll go Level 4 or 5 'soon'. Is that fraud? Doesn't need to be. The assertion - charges - that it is, is enough. The Board could be pushed into pushing Musk out, even if the SEC doesn't order it. A CEO needs to behave like one Musk DOES NOT GET THIS. Investors have THEIR money at risk. You don't treat other people's money lightly. Musk can be cavalier - he's got billions - but he mustn't do this with OTHER people's money. I'm a long-term Tesla investor: think Elon is the biggest asset Tesla has. I think he's potentially capable of saving the human race from eventual decline, destruction. I desperately want him to continue his work. But Dammit - he needs to SHUT UP! He needs to quit courting disaster. Quit MAKING HIMSELF A TARGET. Quit giving his enemies ammunition & opportunity to attack him. Multiple industries have declared WAR He needs to accept this. Tesla IS AT WAR - Musk is at war. Whether he wants it or not. If you're at war you don't prance on the parapets, dance over the trenches, and dare the enemy to shoot you. THEY WILL. Someone - if you believe in Elon's Mission, if you like the guy: take his phone away! Tell him to STFU! Act responsibly! God knows there should be enough to do with all his firms to keep him occupied.

I don't think we can, not eat meat and live the same healthy life, long term. I spent years being a vegetarian for the animals but my health was in consistent decline, I went back to meat with local farmers who care and my health has improved ever since.
